About Us:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.

JOB TITLE: RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for finding and sourcing the most qualified candidates for a VA Role and the company’s open positions. They must be able to create job postings, identify and contact potential candidates, and manage the recruitment process from beginning to end.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform candidate sourcing by creating and publishing job ads for a wide range of roles via different job platforms/portals
- Shortlist candidates by screening resumes and job applications
- Conduct online interviews and cold calling candidates for sourcing efforts
- Doing background checks and calling references
- Recommend qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager and/or Client
- Send employment offers to qualified candidates
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Onboard new hires and assist in the conduct of orientation

QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS of experience in recruiting Virtual Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and other support roles

Competencies:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Skilled in managing and operating calendars, email, and Google Docs
- Knowledge of graphic designing using Canva is highly preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to do a thorough assessment of candidates before they are hired
- Must possess decision-making abilities
- Must have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must possess an excellent working attitude and perform tasks in an organized and systematic manner
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be willing to work on US hours
