Recruiter for solar brokerage

This role is a salaried + commission position.

Currently, our reps can sell in over 30 states and hopefully more, as we continue to expand.

You will be paid a flat $500-$1000 monthly, depending on experience, + $50/kw (average $350 per sale) for every sale your recruits bring on.

If your recruits produce 100 sales per year, you will be paid $35,000 per year, plus $6000-$12000 salary, for a total OTE of $41,000-$46,000 per year.

The earning potential is virtually limitless, and as the years progress, you should only earn more as your recruiting pool grows.

If your recruits produce 200 sales, you will be paid $70,000, $110,000 for 300 sales, and so on.

Even if you stop working, you will be paid your residual commissions as long as your recruits continue producing under our brokerage.
