Recruiter / Telemarketer

We are a recruiting company that specializes in hiring the best employees for our clients. You will be calling US job candidates to see if they are interested and qualified for job openings. You will be making 60-90 calls per day (Monday – Friday).

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in American English.
• Must have undisturbed working area in the comfort of your home.
• Have own internet, computer and headset to call U.S.
• Have excellent phone presence and a pleasant voice.
• Ability to work well independently with little supervision.
• Ability to make 60+ calls per day.
• Excellent computer skills (Skype, Google Drive, Google Sheets).
• Goal oriented, positive, resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic.
• Available to work during week nights (graveyard shift) since you will be working U.S. time.
• Outbound Call Center experience is an advantage.

The base hourly is $5 * 40 = $200USD * 52-weeks in a year = $10,400. You will recieve a bonuses for exceptional performance on leads and new hires.
