Searching for a Talent Acquisition specialist for an established virtual live streaming app.

What I am looking for is a recruiter to find talent from within North America ONLY (Canada & USA). Main source of recruiting will be within the live streaming app itself.

Tuesday - Saturday (Philippines Time)
9am - 5pm - 1 Full-time, 2 Part-time
5pm - 1am - 1 Full-time, 2 Part-time

What I require from a recruiter is:
-Consistence and organizational skills
-Minimum 16GB of RAM on PC
-Excellent English typing skills
-Multitasker
-Patience and persistence
