Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting; including extensive sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback and recommendations, managing the candidate experience, and ultimately onboarding great talent.
Partner with internal departments and platform lead senior recruiters to assess recruitment needs; Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates.
Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Partner and collaborate with talent acquisition across the company to share talent and ensure team success.
Build recruitment strategies that support our values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; making sure we are a market leader in diverse thought, experience, and backgrounds.
Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM/ATS, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and close job offers.
Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, and schedules for interviews.
