Job Description:

The Recruiter will be responsible for the following duties:

-Assisting with Recruitment endorsement plans.
-Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
-Checking references and conducting background checks as necessary.
-Scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
-Assisting with job posting and advertising on job boards.
-Reviewing and revising forecast timelines for the hiring process.
-Monitoring and managing the recruitment timeline, including adjustments as necessary.
-Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, up to 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)

Flexibility in hours:

- It's important to note that there may be instances when the recruiter needs to adjust their work hours to accommodate interviews or meetings set by the Direct Manager. This will be on an approval basis.

Location: Remote

Reporting to: Training Manager

Position Structure
This is a full-time position: 8 hours per day/40 hour per week.
Work hours are from 11am-7pm New York Time (RD: Sat & Sun)
Compensation is $4/hr.
