Recipe Processing Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary Band: $500 to $600 USD

Role Overview
The Recipe Processing Specialist will be integral in managing our clients' recipe and invoice data with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You will be responsible for understanding the context of each venue, reaching out to clients for clarifications, and meticulously organizing information in Google Sheets/Excel. This role demands a high level of precision in manually entering data and the ability to interpret and organize complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manually enter and process recipe and invoice data with 100?curacy.
- Understand the specific context of each client's venue to accurately process and categorize information.
- Communicate with clients via email to clarify any ambiguous or unclear items, ensuring accurate data capture.
- Organize and maintain information in a structured and accessible manner using Google Sheets/Excel, adhering to best practices in data management.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in the data promptly, involving relevant parties as necessary.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a clear overview of multiple client projects.

- Possesses strong organizational skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Is comfortable communicating with clients for data clarification.
- Can juggle multiple tasks and maintain focus and precision.
- Is a fast learner, capable of understanding the broader context of the data.

Planned Initial Screening & Evaluation:
