Responsibilities:
Reply to guest messages, respond to problems with urgency and take action make sure utilities for properties are getting paid timely, monitor security cameras and noise monitors, assist with issues, including pools and pool heaters, answer phones, handle guest chats, process warranty, claims, perform investigations regarding damages and follow up with damage claims, schedule detailers and cleaners, enter work time for detailing staff and Handyman, quiet down noisy guests, upsell customers, manage virtual machines, perform website updates, perform listing updates, order supplies, handle complaints, enforce parking rules, edit photos, handle software (vrbo airbnb and beds24) Other duties as needed. This position includes all general duties related to property management.

Traits:
You must have no fears of speaking to customers and bosses, we are a small company so you will have close relationship with owners. You must be comfortable being uncomfortable if you have no experience in property management, as there will be a lot of new things. Training is self-guided and no one will babysit you, you will get out of the job whatever you put in. We need RESOURCEFUL people who take INITIATIVE, please do not apply to this job if you are just looking for an easy job, move on. We have the incentive pay because we like to have people on our team who are highly productive. Being fast on a computer is a must, prior PC gaming experience is a plus.

Pay: $2-3/hr USD + BASE RATE paid weekly, bonus paid out every 30 days, bonus is based on points completed (each task is assigned points, 1 pt=$1, each "point" should take 1 hr for a slow person to finish, if you are fast then you can make more money.Quota=$3/hr total pay, if you work faster and work productively you can attain a total bonus pay of up to $3.50/hr if you work super-duper fast and efficiently.
