Real Estate client lead Follow up manager, includes cold calling, client/lead management

As a lead/client virtual manager, it's your job to set up appointments, consistently follow up and nurture client leads, and sort through potential clients in the data base for the real estate sales team. You're the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential new customers in real estate for buying and selling homes around Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Follow up boss will be the primary method of the lead management and the customer relationship management system. Upgrade to see actual info is your job to nurture leads in the system and generate new business. This includes daily follow up with existing potential clients to aid in securing new clients for the real estate team. Looking for someone with experience in lead generation and familiar with CRM platforms to call/text/email new potential clients and generate appointments. Hours of work will be 9am PST - 3pm PST. Monday-Friday. Primary duty will include making hundreds of phone calls and sending text/email messages daily. Along with following up with new client leads loaded into our systems. Extensive commission based Bonus pay available for deals that are helped closed due to your follow up actions.
