Evoke Media is a fast-growing real estate marketing company based in the Silicon Valley. We are looking for a highly motivated Video Editor to join our team.

$10/hr - USD
Starting 10-15hrs/wk, Ramps up to 30-40hrs/wk | Mon-Fri Pacific Time

We are seeking a talented Video Editor who can produce high-quality real estate videos by editing raw video footage and audio recordings within project deadlines. As the Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming the raw footage into engaging, compelling videos that capture the essence of each property and the realtor’s unique brand. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Edit raw video footage and audio recordings to create high-quality real estate videos within project deadlines
- Cut and trim footage to highlight the best features of each property
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the viewing experience
- Collaborate with our real estate agents to ensure that each video meets their specific style
- Produce videos that are optimized for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and our website
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and technologies
- Maintain organized files and folders of all raw and edited video content

Meeting project deadlines is essential for success in this role as a Video Editor for real estate videos. Realtors expect a quick turnaround, and our clients rely on us to deliver the final product promptly. As a result, the successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines to meet the expectations of our clients. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills.

- High-Speed Internet access and ability to work with 4k footage
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with experience in real estate videography
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Audio editing and cleanup
- Exceptional eye for storytelling and editing to produce an emotion in the viewer
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio of previous video editing work is a must.
