Role Overview: We are seeking a driven Real Estate Lead Manager & Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in our land acquisition strategy. This full-time position involves rapid response to incoming leads, engaging with potential sellers via cold calls, and negotiating land sales to drive our growth and portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly answer incoming calls and engage with potential land sellers, gathering necessary information for property analysis.
* Build rapport and trust, understanding sellers' motivations and urgency.
* Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, schedule appointments for the Acquisition team, and manage ongoing follow-ups with potential leads.
* Research property details, liaise with local realtors and planning departments, and prepare necessary documentation such as letters of intent and market research reports.
* Achieve targets set for lead conversion and contribute significantly to the team's collective success.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or a similar role in real estate.
* Exceptional communication skills with minimal to no accent, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
* High-speed internet and proficiency in CRM and communication technologies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related field is preferred; real estate experience is a bonus.

Compensation:
* Competitive hourly rate of $4-$5, plus a performance-based commission to significantly boost earnings.
