Real Estate Lead Gen And Acquisition

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. As a Real Estate VA, you will play a key role in helping us generate seller leads for both commercial and residential properties. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, and other real estate websites to identify and engage potential sellers.

Responsibilities:

Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to identify potential seller leads.
Engage with potential sellers through social media channels and establish rapport.
Research and identify potential seller leads on real estate websites such as Zillow and others.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract seller leads.
Communicate effectively with potential sellers via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation efforts to the team.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar role preferred.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in using Zillow and other real estate websites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A passion for real estate and a desire to contribute to the growth of our business.
