Responsibilities,
Has confidence in initiating conversations with diverse individuals energetic, able to build rapport during a conversation, and can handle objections
Able to develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers
Must have experience in cold-calling prospects and following up when needed.
Must be flexible and able to use different software and dialers.
Inbound and outbound sales experience is a plus
Has knowledge and experience with CRM Management
Knowledge of transaction coordination can be a plus.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience in a Real Estate Company is required.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
