We're looking for an energetic and ambitious Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team! As an ISA, you'll play a pivotal role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
SCHEDULE
* Monday - Thursday
* 20-25 hours/week
* 8 AM Start (CST)
COMPENSATION
* $5-$8/hour depending experience
* Bonuses for each transaction closed
* Lots of earning potential
RESPONSIBILITES
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls,
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and goals
- Schedule appointments and consultations for lead Real Estate Agent
- Collaborate with tea
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance outreach efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Real Estate ISA/Appointment Setter
- MUST have excellent written and verbal English skills (little to no accent preferred)
- Experience with using KW Command Preferred
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
