Company Description: We are a leading real estate firm looking for an experienced Reactivation Specialist to re-engage our extensive database of cold contacts.
Job Description: As a Real Estate Database Reactivation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive multi-channel strategy to reactivate our database of approximately 40,000 contacts, including potential buyers, sellers, renters, and others.
Your primary goal is to devise a campaign that revives interest in our services, ensuring a well-structured plan that leads to measurable re-engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze the database to segment and customize outreach strategies for different contact groups such as buyers, sellers, renters, and others.
-Design and create a detailed campaign plan, clearly outlining the necessary steps for reactivation and all elements required for the campaign.
-Develop all required campaign materials and establish a timeline for content delivery.
-Ensure that all materials are ready for execution, which will be conducted by a separate team within our marketing department.
-Provide recommendations to optimize the campaign based on analytics and response rates.
Required Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of proven experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on lead nurturing and reactivation.
-Exceptional skills in multi-channel campaign planning and content development.
-Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent in English with outstanding writing and verbal communication skills.
Contract Details:
-This is a project-based contract role.
