Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Data Miner to join our acquisitions team. As a Real Estate Data Miner, you will be responsible for scrubbing multi-family data to uncover hot investment opportunities. Your keen analytical skills and ability to sift through data will be instrumental in identifying properties with high potential for growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis on multi-family properties within specified markets.
- Scrub and clean large datasets to extract relevant information such as property details, financial performance, market trends, and demographics.
- Identify potential investment opportunities by analyzing key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to prioritize and present hot opportunities for further evaluation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to inform decision-making processes.
- Provide regular reports and updates on findings to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data mining, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM will be preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of multi-family real estate markets and investment principles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Economics) or equivalent experience.
