Real Estate Cold Caller

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to serve as a Real Estate Cold Caller. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners, establish rapport, and generate interest in selling their properties. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using provided lead lists.
Introduce yourself and the company in a friendly and professional manner.
Build rapport with homeowners and engage them in conversation about their property.
Identify homeowners who are interested in selling their homes and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Provide information about the selling process and the benefits of working with our agency.
Schedule appointments for our real estate agents to meet with qualified leads.
Keep detailed records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
