Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Rental Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing leads and contacting potential tenants to promote our available rental properties. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in driving occupancy rates and maximizing rental income.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online listings, social media, and local directories.
Make outbound cold calls to prospective tenants to introduce our rental properties and schedule property viewings.
Provide information about rental rates, lease terms, amenities, and other relevant details to interested parties.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the leasing team to follow up with leads and convert them into signed leases.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and rental market dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
