Real Estate Cold Caller

Our investment company is looking to onboard a real estate cold calling specialist. In this position, you will be in charge of reaching out to and qualifying property owners, collecting pertinent information about the properties in question, and setting appointments. Previous knowledge and experience in a similar position are a must if you’d like to be considered.

Responsibilities:
- 2 to 4 hours of sales and prospecting real estate leads per day
- 2 to 4 hours of data entry, business admin, or other misc tasks

To Qualify:
Be self-motivated and an overachiever
Fluent in both speaking and reading English
Have a naturally outgoing and enthusiastic personality
High speed and quality internet and audio

Compensation and hours:
$5 / hour
40 / hours per week (flexible)
