Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm US PST (1-hour lunch break)

Overview:
FuelPoint is seeking a proactive and personable Social Media Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the social media accounts of our Founder and COO, engaging with prospective clients and scheduling appointments for demos and calls. This position is crucial for expanding our reach in the real estate sector, specifically targeting investors in self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, RV parks, and other specialized areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) of the company’s Founder and COO.
Respond promptly to leads generated through these platforms as well as through our dedicated CRM system, FuelPoint.
Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients, primarily real estate investors, to foster interest in our software solutions.
Schedule appointments for demos or calls directly onto the Founder and COO’s calendars, with the future prospect of managing appointments for the sales team.
Participate in initial and ongoing training programs, including a comprehensive 10-15 hour online course about the real estate sector and the specifics of the FuelPoint software.

Qualifications:
STRONG written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in managing social media accounts for business purposes.
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a sales or appointment-setting role.
Comfortable with CRM systems and tech-savvy enough to learn new software quickly.
Interest in real estate and willingness to learn about specific sectors relevant to our business.
Must be available to work during specified hours in the PST time zone.

Real Estate knowledge (specifically commercial)
Experience with GoHighLevel
Social media background: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
