JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking high-performing Real Estate Sales Development Representatives to support our growing client base. You will evaluate and analyze potential sales leads, arrange meetings and book appointments for agents, and research prospective clients. To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.


Core Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including warm calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate leads.
Qualify viable leads through effective questioning and active listening to determine their fit and level of interest.

Sales Pipeline Development
Cultivate and manage relationships with prospects, providing value through timely and relevant communication.
Conduct in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand prospects' needs and position our solutions.
Track and report on key sales metrics and activities to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Building
Foster strong relationships with potential customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Identify prospects' pain points and challenges, positioning our solutions as the best fit for their needs.

Must-Have Skills:
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in prospecting and lead generation skills, with experience in outbound sales activities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Availability: Part-Time (20 hrs/week,80 hrs/month)
Schedule: 8 - 10 AM and 4 - 6 PM PST
