We are seeking a real estate analyst to provide financial analysis to support the financing, acquisition, marketing and data input & analysis for a owner/developer. The real estate analyst will research market trends and statistics to perform due diligence for the client.
They will be guided and help determine criteria for potential acquisitions.

Responsibilities for Real Estate Analyst job:
• Analyze demographic research and trends in the context of specific assignments.
• Provide Ad hoc and status reports, including procurement progress and target dates for procurement milestones.
• Ensure adherence to the acquisition policies and company engineering and architecture strategies.
• Perform due diligence research for the purchase and sale of properties, including market data and reporting
• Provide acquisition support, acquisition process improvement, and the development/improvement of, adoption of, and adherence to standard operating procedures for acquisitions.
• Develop or adapt IT tools, templates, and checklists to create a uniform acquisition package.
• Compile and analyze budget and financial data to create trend and variance analysis including visualizations for a specific market.
• Support program and contract management processes through the preparation and/or review of acquisition and program management documentation, briefings, white papers, reports, metrics.

Qualifications for Real Estate Analyst job?
• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computers science or software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Is a critical thinker and problem solver.
• Experience with spreadsheets.
• Proficient in MS Excel
Experience:
• Technology Experience: 5 years (Required)
• Analyst Experience: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
• 4 Year B.S Accredited Civil Engineering Degree or
• 4 Year B.S Accredited Business Management Degree
• 4 Year B.S Engineering Degree

This is a 40-hour work week, full-time work from home.
Work schedule is 7am-4pm US Time.
This job will pay $250 per week or around 55,000 Php per month.
Once selected by a client, the candidate will receive:
- 2 weeks paid training
- Major PH holidays off (per approval of the Client)
- Major US holidays off (per approval of the Client)
