JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic real estate business catering to investor clients seeking profitable property deals. Our commitment lies in providing top-tier service and ensuring our clients find the best cash-flowing properties. We're currently seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team, aiding in bookkeeping, client management, and property analysis, especially when our primary manager is off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed bookkeeping and generate comprehensive spreadsheets for investor clients.
- Identify top cash-flowing properties through in-depth market analysis and present findings succinctly.
- Scrutinize property listings against client criteria, ensuring selections meet specific needs, such as readiness for occupancy.
- Understand commercial property deals, able to request and analyze pertinent deal information.
- Craft quick, accurate descriptions of clients for listing agents based on detailed notes and understanding.
- Manage property and Airbnb requirements on Sundays and Mondays, covering for days off.
- Follow up on incomplete tasks diligently and ensure completion within stipulated timeframes.
- Independently find resources online for self-training and continuous improvement in relevant fields.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft office suites, Upgrade to see actual info, Chatgpt, Canva, Airbnb app, etc.
- Proven experience in real estate administration or as a Virtual Assistant in related fields.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property analysis.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and creating detailed financial spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with online training resources and a willingness to learn new skills.
