Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Acquisitions Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing real estate deals with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and CRM proficiency to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential property acquisition opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and direct mail campaigns.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects using CRM software and other tools.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities for investment.
Deal Sourcing and Analysis:
Evaluate potential deals based on investment criteria, market dynamics, and profitability metrics.
Negotiate purchase agreements, contract terms, and pricing with sellers to secure favorable deals.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to analyze deal structures, assess risks, and develop creative solutions.
Relationship Building and Networking:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, wholesalers, and investors.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and meetings to expand your professional network and generate leads.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
Transaction Management and Follow-Up:
Coordinate with sellers, buyers, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Manage documentation, paperwork, and closing logistics in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:

Proven track record of success in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related fields.
Experience in real estate investment, wholesaling, or property management preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
