Identify prime new locations, acquisition and real estate investment opportunities
Has confidence in initiating conversations with diverse individuals
Build rapport during a conversation and can handle objections
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of acquisition transactions.
Inbound and outbound sales experience is a plus
Has knowledge and experience with CRM Management

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience in a Real Estate Investor is required.
Strong proficiency and solid foundation or the ability to swiftly master various real estate and software tools.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, demonstrating clear communication, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach
