JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent for our real estate team. In this role, you'll be responsible for qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and securing appointments. ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We represent the top 3% of all real estate agents in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. With a strong focus on managing listings, we are adept at navigating the complexities of real estate transactions with efficiency and precision. We are rapidly expanding our operations, building a dedicated team committed to delivering unparalleled customer service and facilitating seamless experiences for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients looking to sell their home.
- Follow a script and engage in persuasive communication to generate interest.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track lead interactions, and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Nurture relationships with potential leads by providing information and answering their queries.
- Collaborate with the team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads.
- Script and role-play practice regularly in order to refine techniques.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation in real estate is a must.
- Excellent English verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to generate interest and secure appointments.
- Insensitive and persistent personality to overcome objections from prospects.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

HOURS:
Part-time, 20 hours a week, 10 AM - 2 PM CST. An opportunity for full-time hours will be considered based on performance.

COMPENSATION:
Negotiable salary depending on experience. $500 bonus for any closed transactions that were a result of an appointment you set.
