REMOTE Takeoff Estimator/Quality Control Rep-Work From Home

Location: Remote (USA-based)

Salary: Hourly pay plus bonus

We are currently looking to add to our growing team. We are a USA-based takeoff & estimating service company. This position is for remote in-house estimators/Quality Control Reps. Please read the job details and respond accordingly to our questions to be considered. Thank you!

We are looking for candidates with expertise in the following positions:

Position 1: Structural Estimators
Proficient in wood/Lumber package, steel framing, and metal framing estimation

Position 2: Architectural Estimator
Skilled in estimating finishes such as Drywall, Painting, Flooring, etc.

Position 3: Civil Estimator

Position 4: MEP Estimator (5+ years of experience preferred)

Job Details - You will be performing takeoffs and quality control tasks

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines is of high urgency
Full-time work available, with potential for overtime based on Performance & Quality of Work (Full-time preferred)
Training will be provided
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
Must possess an engineering or architectural degree or equivalent estimator experience
Fluent in English
Proficient in Planswift Software (No exceptions, please do not apply if you don't have this software)
Strong math skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
USA takeoff experience is a plus but not necessary
Strong team player
Availability to work daytime EST
Flexibility to work some weekends, depending on workload
Highly responsive and quick to communicate
Reliable and available during scheduled shifts


We offer a base starting pay rate per this job post, with potential for pay raises and bonuses based on demonstrated skills. Additionally, there are opportunities for advancement into management positions.
