Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant who specializes in REI Reply setups, specifically with extensive experience in dialer and texting workflows. This role is crucial for enhancing our lead generation and customer outreach efforts within our real estate investment company.

Preferred Location: Philippines

Rate of Pay:
- Starting at $5/hr USD
- Performance-based bonuses
- Bonus pay for qualified leads & closed deals (Our highest earners average $9/hr+ bonuses with weekly qualified leads incentives)
- Tremendous opportunity for pay increase as we scale!

Hours:
- 12pm - 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
- Occasionally Saturdays w/ Notice


Responsibilities:

Set up and configure REI Reply dialer and texting workflows tailored to our company's specific needs.
Ensure full integration of REI Reply functionalities with our existing CRM and lead management systems.
Provide expert adjustments and optimizations to the REI Reply setup as required by our ongoing campaigns.
Conduct training sessions for our team to maximize the use of REI Reply in our operations.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with REI Reply, specifically setting up and managing dialer and texting workflows.
Demonstrable track record of successful REI Reply projects (case studies or references may be requested).
Deep understanding of the real estate industry’s requirements for lead management and customer communication.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver effective solutions promptly.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
