REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Are you an experienced Transaction Coordinator with a background of working with Real Estate Contracts?
If so, this is your chance to use your skills, insights and experience to become an integral part of our growing team!
We need help from a skilled teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to manage our real estate transactions. If you have an in-depth knowledge of GA Real Estate, are comfortable on the phone with Lenders, Attorneys and Utility Companies, then please apply! This is your chance to challenge yourself, work independently and create RESULTS!

Responsibilities
Complete, track and manage Real Estate Agreements
Manage Timelines and Communication with all parties
Coordinate Schedules, documents, photos and existing closing processes
General Operations Assistance for the Company

Requirements
Prior Real Estate Experience
Excellent organization, attention to detail and intuition
Able to speak and write English professionally
Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality,
Intrinsically motivated and solution oriented
Able to manage your time and output

Compensation
This is a full time position
Starting salary range of $6-$8 USD/Hour
Learning and Growth Opportunities Available
