JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the lead management team, you will ensure that our CRM for the lead pipeline is up to date and that every lead has an opportunity to be monetized. As you get familiar with our system, you will be able to track our leads from start to finish, update each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber of their daily tasks and ensure our company is accomplishing our weekly sales goals. You will also work with different cloud-based apps used to run the business and learn how each one integrates with our CRM workflows.

CORE RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage our current CRM (Podio or SalesForce) to update, track and notate leads.
- Pulling various reports on teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and encouraging everyone to meet their sales goals.
- Monitoring teaUpgrade to see actual infombers of their performance and holding them accountable.
- Working and communicating with various teaUpgrade to see actual infombers daily.
- Researching and pulling data on properties and homeowners.
- Skip Tracing when needed using various software and websites.
- Sending texts and emails to clients and vendors using our software.
- Pulling and sorting data from various websites for new leads.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS TO APPLY:
- Fresh graduates may apply
- 0-1 year of relevant experience using a CRM
- Moderate knowledge of American real estate
- Perfect and excellent written and spoken English
- Willing to work American hours with some flexibility
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience using Podio or SalesForce (Not Mandatory but a bonus)
- Experience using Upgrade to see actual info and skip tracing software (Not Mandatory but a bonus)
