Set up and manage clients' accounts using QuickBooks software.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Provide expert advice on QuickBooks functionalities and best practices.
Stay abreast of changes in US tax laws and advise clients on tax compliance matters.
Prepare and file tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Liaise with IRS and other tax authorities on behalf of clients, as needed.
Offer training and support to clients and internal tea
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QuickBooks expert, with extensive knowledge of its features and functionalities.
Strong understanding of US tax laws and experience in tax preparation and filing.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-experts.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
A proactive approach to staying updated on the latest accounting software and tax regulation changes.
