Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive QuickBooks Reporting and Analysis Manager to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in QuickBooks and experienced in creating and managing financial presentations.
Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of our accounting operations using QuickBooks, including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
-Prepare and present clear, accurate monthly financial updates to stakeholders.
-Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
-Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with other tea
Requirements:
-Proven experience with QuickBooks; certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor is highly desirable.
-Strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to interpret and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
