Quality Project Manager (Remote)

Job Title: Quality Project Manager - Project Based Contract - Ad hoc work

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout all phases of project development and execution. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The Quality Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality management systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with project teams to define quality standards, specifications, and requirements.
-Develop and implement quality management strategies to meet project objectives and deliverables.
-Establish quality metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs to measure project performance and effectiveness.
-Lead quality assurance activities, including risk assessments, process evaluations, and audits, to identify areas for improvement.
-Monitor and analyze project processes and outputs to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
-Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
-Provide guidance and support to project teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on quality-related matters, including training and coaching as needed.
-Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project quality performance to drive continuous improvement efforts.
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, industry best practices, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, FDA).
-Prepare and present quality reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a project management or related role.
-Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.
-Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all work activities.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is preferred.
-Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE, PMP) are a plus.
