Quality Control Specialist - Lead generation Data

As a Quality Control Specialist at PMG360, you will be integral to our operations, focusing on the verification and cleaning of lead data to meet both our high-quality standards and the specific needs of our clients as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in managing tasks and information flow within project management tools, such as Asana.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed verification and cleaning of lead data, focusing on accuracy and relevance of contact information, job titles, company details, and other critical data points.
• Utilize social verification methods and online resources to confirm the authenticity and currency of lead information.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors, providing constructive feedback to ensure data quality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects within Asana, aligning each with the appropriate SOW requirements.
• Document and track data quality issues, such as errors, duplicates, and missing information, ensuring transparency and accountability in quality assurance processes.
• Participate in pre-QC assessments to identify and rectify fundamental data issues prior to final verification.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure accurate matching, application of ABM and suppression lists, and adherence to SOW specifications before client delivery.
• Offer specific guidance to vendors regarding data standards and template requirements to secure accurate data redelivery.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a quality control or data management role, preferably within the lead generation or marketing
industry.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Asana for task coordination and workflow management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
