Position: QA
Location: Remote (Mountain Standard Time Zone)
Schedule: Six Days per week ( up to 4 hours per day)
Expected Salary: $300.00 monthly fix rate

Job Purpose:

As a Score Keeper, your primary objective is to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements by accurately recording and maintaining audit scores across our property management portfolio. You will play an important role in assessing the effectiveness of our operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to enhance overall performance and compliance. By meticulously tracking audit scores and providing actionable insights, you will contribute to optimizing efficiency, mitigating risks, and delivering exceptional service to our property owners and tenants.

Job Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date communications data from different platforms (Appfolio, Ring Central, G Suite) of our Leasing & Communication Department.
Keep track Maintenance Work Orders summary report and compliance.
Collect and summarize the Sales Department lead generation, appointments and consultations for possible property owners prospects from Fresh sales CRM.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of audit score data, reports, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with recordkeeping requirements and facilitating audit readiness.
Creates and maintain a studio looker or other form of presenting data on a scoreboard

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools to analyze and present audit score data.
Prior experience in audit scorekeeping, quality assurance, or related fields is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Average computer skills and ability to navigate digital platforms efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
