Job Description:

As a Real Estate Qualification agent , you'll be a vital asset to the company, of being the first call to our clients and “open the door “ for us to convert it to a sale by the sales manager, that you will enjoy satisfying bonuses.?
Key Responsibilities:??Cold Calling :Conduct cold calls to initiate and nurture business relationships, documenting interactions, by qualify sellers and buyers, and confirm their details and mostly important their attentions to sell or buy.??
Appointment Setting: Schedule a call with the sales manager via CRM Calendar, based on their interest to sell, and upload them to the CRM.

Social Media & Email Marketing: Develop engaging content and execute targeted email campaigns.

Texting:Send texts blasts with relevant deals, or to qualify buyers, communicate with them, and convert to them to HOT Lids.?
Admin Support: Assist in document drafting, editing, and organization for easy access, work with E-sign platforms to send offers, and addendums.


Requirements:?
Fluent English
Previous experience in real estate is a MUST
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.?Experience with CRM’s(prefer Hubspot)?Communicate with prospects over the phone, email , and texts.?Time management skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:??Sale oriented with high motivation?worked in the Real-Estate wholesale industry
Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and processes.
Experience using real estate-specific software and tools.
Familiarity with CRMs and transaction management systems.

Compensation:
$800 - $1000 per month!
