Location: Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: 450 PHP per hour

Job Description:
As a QA and compliance expert, your main role will be analysing inspection reports from factories. Suggesting improvements where required and making sure everything is compliant with UK/EU legislation.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential due to the complex nature of the products and ever-changing legislation.

Responsibilities:
Asses inspection reports for compliance.
Make suggestions to factories or internal stakeholders where improvements can be made
Ensure documents are filed away in an organised fashion
Stay up to date on the latest legislation applicable to our products.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, or experience with UK/EU compliance legislation.
Knowledge in everything from HVAC, SDA, and Appliances, to furniture and Hot-tubs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain compliance requirements in detail.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think logically and analytically.
Must speak very good English
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and support.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Access to a PC or laptop, a headset, a USB camera, and two stable internet connections to facilitate remote work.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred but not required.
