QA Specialist | Call Evaluation Specialist
Remote | Part-Time, 3 hours/day


Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for assessing the quality of call-handling performance of our Customer Service associates while dealing with existing and potential customers. You will be helping in implementing best practices in providing quality Customer Service to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct QA evaluations by listening to call recordings.
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement on every call interaction.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to CS representatives to improve customer interactions.
• Analyze performance data by utilizing evaluation results to identify issues, process enhancements, and training needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluation scores and feedback.
• Participate in providing necessary training for call handling and CS skills enhancement.
• Send weekly feedback summary and report.

Qualifications:
• Has previous call center and QA specialist experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Ability to analyze quality issues and performance measures.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Google Suites and Microsoft 365.

Pay: $4/hr
