QA- Registered Nurse/Intake coordinator

The perspective employee will be reviewing medical charts for Intake, will keep track of all the referrals and give to the current intake coordinators the referral for assignment. The employee will also need to review OASIS and make sure documentation on notes matches. There will also be some need to create orders if needed including 485 and admission orders. Training will be provided. The position requires to be full time during our business hours - 9-5 mountain standard time.
