Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in RentManager and excel in communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of properties efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
Utilize RentManager software to maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
Oversee all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and resolving any issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports to clients, providing insights into property performance, financials, and recommended strategies for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and regulatory changes affecting the property management industry, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with a demonstrated track record of success.
Proficiency in RentManager Software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, tenants, and vendors.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
