Job Description
We are looking for a SELF STARTER virtual assistant that is a team player to become a Vacation Rental Management Specialist/Manager. We need this person to be super organized (by nature) and always looking to accomplish the goal in the highest quality of ways.


• Our company is located in Virginia and Florida, in the United States. We manage short term rentals and midterm rentals and our goal is to achieve the maximum amount of profit on their investment. We also own a construction company and we LOVE creating incredible high designer spaces in each property. Our goal is for each guest to fully enjoy all of the customized details for their own enjoyment during their stay.

Responsibilities include:
Role Responsibilities
•Guest Communications: (Calls, Texts, and Emails)
•Managing the team email inbox
•Update information into PMS & other Systems (Hostfully, Breezeway, Airbnb, Price Labs, & more)
•Managing and responding to booking inquires
*Filing out rental agreements, sending them to the tenants, and filing online
*In charge of requesting identification documents from guests (ie: Driver’s License)
*Overseeing tasks data organization


Cleaning management
•Communicating guest checking and checkout details with our cleaners
•Communicating feedback from guests to the cleaners
•Communicating with cleaner on inventory

Maintenance Management
•Report and work any maintenance items
•Coordinate with contractors to maintenance issues

Airbnb Review management
•Writing and posting Airbnb reviews and responding to guest reviews
•Documenting feedback from guests and suggesting improvements based on the feedback
•Filing Claims

Other Admin Tasks
•Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks as required.
•Research and due diligence on topics relating to the business and create short reports to present to owners.
*Create listings (as needed) and the connections to all the other tech applications (Hosfully, Stay fi, Breezeway, Stripe, Price Labs, Super Hog, and more)

•Desire to grow with a growing start up company

Education and Experience
•A minimum of a College Degree
•2 years of Data Entry & Administration experience
•2 years of Airbnb Management or Airbnb Customer Support experience
•Minimum requirement 2 years of short-term rental experience
Required/ Skills
•Customer Service Skills/Communication
•Internet connectivity must be reliable and must have a back up source of internet
*Excellent English Speaking Ability is required
