Property Manager (Airbnb)

The Property Manager plays a vital role in the operations of the Company and is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties listed on our short-term rental website and ensuring their smooth operation and profitability. This role requires a combination of customer service skills, property management expertise, and business acumen to maximize guest satisfaction and property revenue.

Responsibilities:
1. Guest/Client Communication and Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries, booking requests, and resolving any issues during their stay.
2. Oversee Property Upkeep: Oversee property maintenance and cleaning schedules to ensure properties meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
3. Critical Issue Escalation: Direct pressing concerns to the Team Lead on time.
4. Property Onboarding: Coordinate with property owners to onboard new properties onto the Short-term rental platform, and help set up the property before it gets live.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working as CS, property manager or VA
Experience working with Airbnb, VRBO, and Upgrade to see actual info
Strong Communication
Must be articulate and responsive.
Proactive Mindset
Embrace a "We’ll get it done" attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This will be a 5-day work week with a rotating schedule.
