JOB OVERVIEW

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROCKSTARVA to help property management business owners in their day to day tasks and increase their capacity to grow their business.

Qualifications:

At Least 5 years experience working as a Property Management Virtual Assistant
Proficient and has high attention to details
Produce work with a high level of accuracy and integrity
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Fast Learner and can work with minimal supervision
Resourceful
Proactive

Property Management Virtual Assistant’s responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

General Management
Manage inbox, reply queries.
Client/ Tenant communications
End-to-end management and transaction of data within online Property Management software (if applicable)
Vendors/ Third Party Providers communications
Coordinate Property Maintenance
Collecting Rent Payments


Documentation Management
Draft Leases
Follow up on required documents
Process work orders


Administrative tasks

Email
management
Calendar management
Scheduling appointments
Follow up phone calls


















MARKETING ROCKSTARVA who is well-versed with social media management and tools. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, creative and constantly learning new market trends. Candidates must be self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, dedicated and determined with good comprehension skills.


Qualifications:

At Least 5 years experience working as a Social Media Manager (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
Proficient and has high attention to details
Produce work with a high level of accuracy
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Fast Learner and can work with minimal supervision
Resourceful and self starter
Proactive about finding new ways to post and to engage
Advanced graphic design skills for producing PNG's, GIFs & JPG's
Knowledge of basic SEO



Roles and responsibilities will be but not limited to:

Creating social media content
Running social media advertising campaigns.
Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Creating long-form blog posts and articles on website
Creation of info-graphics, animations, JPG, PNG for blogs & articles
Ability to use drag & drop website builders to design blogs & articles
Develop, design and maintain social media/marketing calendar
Use Google Search Console to track SEO performance & consistently improve rankings for target keywords
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Responding to comments on all social media accounts.
Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
Creating Charts and Graphs
Creating Presentations
