Job Summary:
A Property Management Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks related to the management of real estate properties. The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the size and type of properties being managed, but here is a general job description for a Property Management Administrator:

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between tenants, vendors and property management.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate resolution of tenant issues, complaints, or disputes.
Assist in the monitoring and coordinating financial admin of property to its tenants, property owners and vendors.
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs.
Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance.
Maintain records of maintenance activities.
Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.
Manage documentation related to property insurance, licenses, and permits.
Prepare reports for property owners and management.
Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Stay informed about changes in property management laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Provide regular updates on property performance and key metrics.
Assist with the coordination of property inspections.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and notices.
Schedule and organize meetings as needed.

Qualifications:
Can speak and write Spanish language
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in property management or real estate administration.
Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office.
