Project & Operations Manager (Travel Planning) - up to $1000/month + yearly bonus

We are a small business and pride ourselves on our great customer care. We hope to bring on a passionate and proactive travel planner and tour coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

Handle travel inquiries originating from email & phone calls
Create travel itineraries in Spain, Morocco and Portugal
Coordinate guides and drivers, taking care of all scheduling (using WhatsApp)
Search, interview, hire and supervise new guides
Contact local providers, negotiate prices and book activities with them
Conduct market and sales research
Handling of digital marketing on social media such as Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram
Create posts on my persona and company LinkedIn and reach out to potential clients, grow my network, interact with active people.

Qualifications:

Essential

PASSION for TRAVEL and the travel industry
Strong geographical knowledge of our destinations
Meticulous approach with extreme attention to detail
Self-motivated, tenacious, proactive and problem solver, able to work independently
Work under tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
Strong English communicator
