- Validation and consolidation, authentication of events created due to the task of the functional consultant.
- Curate rich engagement experience for Virtual & Hybrid events
- Escalations and Exception management
- Monitor day-to-day events and team activities, including daily roster management and SLA management.
- White glove Service (End to End Strategy Planning, Implementation, and Co-ordination)
- Align processes, resources-planning, and department goals with the overall organizational strategy
- Assigning event roles and facilitating communication with stakeholders
- Events team finance operations and vendor management
- Technical writing for the organization’s Knowledge base
- Build in new processes and strategies to smoothen the operations
- Conduct periodical performance reviews and cascade the feedback to build a constructive career opportunity for the team.
ATTRACTIVE PAY
Part-time can be converted to Full-time based onUpgrade to see actual infoday performance
Excellent English and communication skills
Must have 3-4 years of managing and leading projects
