Project Manager for Web Development (On-Site)

We are searching for an experienced manager/director to manage our programming department, recruit qualified individuals, manage goals/objectives, disseminate tasks to the appropriate people on the team and maintain documentation. The right person should have excellent skills in business management, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and planning. They should also be tech-savvy and have a good understanding of the ins and outs of web development projects. Beyond the management capabilities, we need someone experienced with all the technologies listed below.

The right person for this role must work on site with our staff in our Cebu City office. Currently, we have a full staff of admins, programmers, and graphics people in our office for the last 15+ years. All activities done in the Cebu office support our growing US wholesale company.

Skills and Experience:
-3+ years project management experience
-Successful track record of launching new features online.
-Proficiency with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular JS and React.
-Proficiency with server-side languages such as PHP, Java, C# and C++.
-Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
-Working knowledge of Linux Operating System
-Working knowledge of GitHub.
-Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms e.g. Magento and Shopify is an added advantage.
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Good problem-solving skills.
-Attention to detail.
