You will take a lead role in managing projects and team relationships, creating a great experience, and supporting our clients to deliver the best possible product and services. You will be the quarterback for project fulfillment and the relationship with our team and clients by providing clear instructions, delegating tasks, extremely high attention to detail, quality assurance, figuring out what’s working and where things are falling, coordinating with the team for updates and modifications.

You'll work closely with our designers, developers, SEO, and marketing team helping to ensure that they can continue to deliver the epic products and services on time and results that our clients need the most.

From researching and planning website projects to recurring SEO content, Google Ad campaigns, CRM and campaign automations, and helping organize marketing campaigns, you will thrive here if you enjoy making customers' digital marketing better.

This is a starting part-time into a full-time role 40 hours a week. Our head office is in California but our team is spread around the world, so while you will work from your home office, you will have an overlap of PDT time zone, Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm (-7 UTC).

We are a tech-savvy company so it's important you are eager to learn and quick to pick up new software. It will be helpful if you have used ClickUp, Google Sheets and Docs, BrightLocal, Keyword Planner, Zoom, Slack, and HighLevel.
