Project Manager / Team Lead:
We are an online e-commerce brand focused on being creative and bringing unique style to our customers. Our brand exists to build confidence and bring fun into everyday style. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a full-time, highly organized, Project Manager to take us to the next level. We offer a flexible work schedule during the week.

We need you to step in and help keep everyone on track and motivated. Our internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers will rely on you to be a strategic, thoughtful, problem-solving, and organized advisor.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a strategic people leader who can build, develop, and empower a productive and functional team. A good portion of your time will be spent organizing and enabling your team. You will also provide new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber onboarding and regular performance assessments and check-ins to help our team stay on track with our goals.

A typical day may involve small (mostly one-on-one) meetings/messages and working in ClickUp to keep projects and deliverables organized and accounted for. You’ll guide and develop the team, plan resources and budgets, manage time-tracking accountability, build out and improve processes, and provide organizational expertise. You will design and delegate actionable work to the team to be completed on a delivery schedule. You’ll be the direct report to the brand owners and will meet with them 1-2 times per month to discuss progress and improvements. You will be organizing projects based on the brand owners’ priorities.

What You’ve Done:
You have a project management background, or at least have experience managing multiple people/projects. To say you’re organized and detail-oriented is an understatement. You most likely have the personality type of ESTJ (DiSC: high D and C, low I and S).

Ideally, you have had experience working in a virtual team and are comfortable communicating on Slack and using ClickUp as a project/team management tool. You are an honest team leader and work in an organized/thorough way on a daily basis. You articulate direction clearly (including having to say ‘no’), collaborate, brainstorm, consider multiple perspectives, and work with different communication styles. You are able to create a highly productive, positive team and know how to guide individuals and groups.
