Project Manager

Scope of Work:
International Drivers Assocation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our marketing initiatives.

As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will manage diverse projects that drive our brand forward, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and external partners, to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Assist with managing budgets, allocating resources, and providing regular status reports.
- Ensure the achievement of project KPIs, actively monitoring team progress and accountability to meet their objectives.
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
- Apply project management methodologies like Scrum to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and market research techniques.
Excellent organizational, leadership, management and decision-making skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experienced with advanced marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, etc. to drive data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with the Traction EOS model (preferred)
